أيها الأخ الإنسان
خالقنا
واحد هو الله تعالى.
وأبونا
واحد هو آدم عليه السلام .
وأمنا
واحدة هي حواء لها التحية والإكرام
والعمر
قصير والموت مصير
فلم إهدار
الحياة في الاختلاف والشقاق والتنابذ؟
قد نختلف
في اللون والشكل واللسان ولكن ذلك زخرفة ممتعة وتنوع شريف، ودليل على
الإبداع الإلهي الرائع اللطيف.
قد نختلف
في العادات والتقاليد ولكن ذلك ثراء إنساني بديع، و معرفة شيقة واكتشاف
تكامل رفيع.
قد نختلف
في الرأي ولكن رأي كل منا ثمرة لشجرة واحدة، شجرة الإنسان التي تسقى من ماء
واحد ويفضل الله بعضها على بعض في الأكل.
قد نختلف
في أوجه الاستفادة من الحياة ولكن نتائج أعمال كل منا تنصب لدى الآخر
لزاما، وهي بذلك تعاون وتآزر، وبناء مشترك يفرض نفسه.
فلماذا لا
نضع أيدينا في أيدي بعضنا لإسعاد أنفسنا وغيرنا؟
أيها الأخ الإنسان
المحبة
عبادة والكراهية معصية
تبسمك في
وجه أخيك مكسب ثمين، وإعراضك عنه خسارة لك وله.
التحية
المتبادلة عبادة، والرد السيئ أو المبادأة به عدوان.
أمن أخيك
الإنسان أمانة في عنقك وأمنك أمانة في عنقه.
عرض كل منا
وماله ودمه أمانة لدينا، فليؤد كل منا الأمانة سليمة تامة إلى أهلها.
أيها الأخ الإنسان
المودة
متنفس القلوب فلم نكبتها؟
الرأي
متنفس العقول فلم نصادرها؟
العمل
الصالح متنفس الجوارح فلم نكبلها؟
والكلمة
الطيبة ثمرة الدوحة الإنسانية المباركة وزهرتها اليانعة، أصلها ثابت وفرعها
في السماء، فلم نكتمها ونحرم أنفسنا من طعمها اللذيذ وأريجها العطر الفواح؟
أيها الأخ الإنسان
تزود
بالمحبة واعتصم بالوفاء، واجنح لحبل الله المتين، هات يدك وقلبك، لبناء
إنسانية رائدة راقية ورائعة.
فالله
واحد، والأب واحد، والأم واحدة، والعمر قصير، والمصير عسير. إلا من رحم ربي
إنه حليم غفور شكور.

The Call for Compassion of Humanity
Ye human brother
Our creator is one, Allah (
Be He Glorified and Exalted above (all) that they associate to Him)
Our father is one, Adam
(peace be upon Him
(
Our mother is one, Eve
(Peace be upon Her
(
Life is short and death is
our fate.
Why then squander life on
disputes, divisiveness and quarrels.
We may have different
colors, shapes and languages but this is merely a joyful beautification,
a noble diversity and a clear proof of Allah’s sublime divine creation.
We may have different
traditions and customs, but the difference is merely a wealth to
humanity, a captivating knowledge and a continuous discovery of a fine
complementarity.
We may have different
opinions, but each opinion is a fruit on the same tree; the tree of
humanity which is watered by the same water.
We may have different
lifestyles, but the results of our deeds undeniably affect each other
and compel us into an indispensable collaboration and mutual support.
Why don’t we put our hands
together and gain happiness for ourselves and for others?

Compassion
is worship and hatred is sin.
A smile to your brother is a
valuable asset. A
frown to him is a loss for both.
A mutual gracious
greeting is worship, while unkindness is aggression.
You are entrusted with
your brother’s safety and wellbeing as he is with yours.
So let us preserve this
trust.
Ye
human brother
Friendliness
and companionship are the breath of our hearts, so why smother them?
Opinion is
how our minds breathe, so why suppress that?
The good
deeds are how our feelings breathe, so why shackle that?
A kind word
is the fruit and blooming flower of humanity’s tree, with its roots
deeply seated in earth and branches high up in the sky. Why suppress
that and let pass its succulent taste and its pleasant scent.
Ye
human brother
Hold
on to compassion and cling to loyalty, grasp Allah’s rope, give me your
hand and heart to build a civilized and unique humanity. For Allah is
one, father is one, mother is one and life is too short.
